Google is a great way to search for information, videos and pictures to help with an assignment.
Our school currently subscribes to Reading Eggs for students in Prep to Year 6. This site is a game based learning object that allows students to develop their letter and sound knowledge. Students will need their log in details from their teacher.
Our current school spelling program is Sound Waves. This online website compliments what is being taught. It has multiple resources to help parents support their child's learning and also has fun spelling games. Students will need their class log in details from their class teacher.
Students are able to use their school log in details to access their own email accounts. EQ monitors the traffic and will block any emails that contain inappropriate material.
The Learning Place is a great place for students to find helpful resources. Some teachers use the Learning Place to set up web-based lessons for their students.
