Prospective parents
The enrolment process at Hebel State School is very simple and the best place to start is by
contacting our friendly staff for a chat.
When you are ready to join our school community you will need to complete an
enrolment application form (PDF, 566 KB) and return this to the school along with a copy of your child's birth certificate.
During the enrolment process you will also be required to supply the school with emergency contact details, report cards and records from previous schooling, and any applicable special needs information including medical practitioner and specialist reports. You will also be invited to participate in our
student resource scheme (PDF, 49 KB).

Having correct and current contact details is extremely improtant. Please help us keep your child's information up to date by advising the office as soon as possible if your details have changed.
